This website is operated by Closiq Inc., a corporation incorporated federally in Canada and registered in Ontario ("Closiq", "we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of closiq.app. They do not govern any work Closiq performs for a client. Engagements are contracted individually under their own written agreement, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.
This site is not an offer
Everything here describes services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to take on work, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.
