A conversation is a single session between a customer and the Closiq agent, regardless of how many messages are exchanged within that session.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
